Poster Guidelines

  • Posters must be oriented vertically (portrait) and should not exceed 90 x 130 cm.

  • The title should be in a font size of 80 or larger.

Additionally, please ensure your poster and presentation follow this structure:

  1. Explain the problem/unmet need your project addresses.

  2. Present the solution your project offers for this problem.

  3. Describe your methods.

  4. Conclude with the impact for society or clinical practices.

Flash Talk Guidelines

  • Flash talks must last no more than 3 minutes. You will be timed, and an alarm will signal the end if you exceed the time limit.

  • Please ensure that your talk is accessible to a broad audience, keeping in mind the same structure: unmet need, solution, methods, and societal impact.

  • This is a great opportunity to get more visibility directing people to your poster.

Important: Remember that the audience will be non-specialist, so it’s essential to avoid technical jargon and use accessible, layman’s terms as much as possible! Bonus points will be awarded to presenters who highlight the gender perspective of their project.
